Mitsume                             Image source: facebook Mistume was formed in Tokyo in 2009. The band has released five albums and six singles on their own label. Mitsume is one of my favourite japanese band. Apart from performing at music festivals in Japan, Mitsume is actively performing outside Japan. So far the band has travelled to Indonesia, Thailand, China, Korea and US and left strong impression with the local crowd. Mitsume's music is widely praised for the unique combination of indie rock, dance music, funk and pop. 2. Yogee New Waves                          Image source: billboard.com Yogee New Waves ar...

5 artists you're sleeping on

You’ve heard of Olivia rodrigo, Tame impala, Doja cat and Travis Scott. Now, let’s talk about artists you’ve probably never heard of. You should definitely start listening to these underrated artists. 1.Dayglow Image source: youtube Dayglow is my go-to indie artist whenever someone asks me to suggest them a musician/band or whenever I don’t wanna be that “shit on the aux cord” guy when I’m with friends. His music is catchy, fresh and will definitely brighten your day. 2.Mac DeMarco Image source: rolling stone Mac demarco is literally a god. His music is on a whole different level. He makes the kind of music that makes you feel like you’re the protagonist of a serial killer movie, or a guy who runs a convenient store by day and hacks NASA by night I don’t know. 3.Rex orange county Image source: consequence.net You can never go wrong with rex orange county. He’s the Ed Sheeran of indie music scene. His voice is super chill just like any of his songs. His music gives off cool summer after...

Here are five japanese animated films, in my opinion, everyone should watch. 1. The tales of Princess Kaguya   Yet another magnificent piece of art from studio Ghibli. The tales of princess kaguya should be on your to-watch list if you like japan and it's culture. It's beautifully wrapped in a subtle metaphor that can have multiple interpretations. It really is a work of art.   2.Your name    "2 seemingly ordinary people of adolescence, divided by the unforgiving yet intertwined threads of time, but yet are driven forward by a slow yet developed love for one another and the resolve to change history itself." "Your n...
